Strength & Flow
A full body workout that blends functional strength training with fluid based mobility movement. Expect slow, controlled repetitions, and thoughtful pacing. This class builds strength, stability, and body awareness while helping you move with ease and confidence. We'll focus on form, alignment, and intentionality - offering regressions and progressions based on your own needs.

Sculpt & Tone
A low-impact, full-body strength class focused on slow, controlled movement and deep muscle activation. We'll use tension, intentional pacing, and form focused exercises to build strength, improve muscle tone, and perfect that posture without high impact or heavy strain.
This class emphasizes control, body awareness, and alignment to create long, strong, balanced muscles.

Barre
A low-impact, high burn, ballet inspired strength class focused on posture, alignment, and full body control. Expect small, precise movements that target the core, glutes, and legs while improving balance and stability. Barre is gentle on the joints but incredibly effective for building long, strong, balanced muscles.

Core & Control
is about building strength from the inside out. well move slowly and intentionally to connect breath to deep core engagement, stabilize the hips and spine, and create strength that feels steady, centered, and grounded.

Muse Movement
Muse Movement is a slow, sensual floor-based flow designed to help women reconnect to their bodies, soften tension, and move with confidence. This class blends gentle stretching, fluid transitions, and guided embodiment cues to create a space where you can feel strong, soft, expressive, and fully present
Expect grounded floor work, hip mobility, spinal articulation, and breath-led movement. All done at a slow luxurious pace. No experience required, just show up as you are.
